Allie has lived in San Diego for almost 10 years now and is soaking up every bit of it. When she’s not at the barre, she’s at the office working in Wealth Management. You can also catch her in Torrey Pines hiking with her fiancé or grabbing dinner at the newest spot with friends!
As a former D1 Athlete and cheerleader, Megan is a Studio Barre regular because each class kicks her a$$ and she is super musically driven. Her goal is for each person to leave her class feeling strong, proud, and motivated to go even harder in the next class. When Meg is off barre duty, she spends her free time with friends, husband, and two kiddos.
Eden moved to California from New York in 2018 and became a mama to Jack in 2019. Previously cooking in New York City as a farm-to-table sous chef, she returned to California to be near family and finish a degree in communication and media. She enjoys gardening, photography, fitness, and adventures with her family. Joining the SBMH team has been a vital part of her San Diego community-building experience, and she looks forward to each new day with the team.
Rosie has been tucking it up at SBMH since 2019, and loving every minute of it! She is the Master Teacher and Trainer for our studio. Rosie loves being able to deliver a consistent booty kicking in every single class she teaches. Outside of barre, Rosie is a full time dance teacher and high school dance coach.

Eva loves barre, flying and animals. when not at sbmh, you may find her dangling from a ribbon as she teaches or performs aerial arts. to ground herself, she works with a vet comforting all kinds of animals.
